Craft Magical Jewelry [Item Creation]

Prerequisite: Caster level 6th.

Benefit: You can create any piece of magical jewelry whose prerequisites you meet. Magical jewelry includes rings, amulets, bracelets, tiara's, crowns and circlets. When in doubt whether an item falls under Craft Wondrous Item or Craft Magical Jewelry, consult your DM.

Crafting an item takes one day for each 1,000 gp in its base price. To craft an item, you must spend 1/25 of its base price in XP and use up raw materials costing one-half of its base price.

You can also mend a broken piece of magical jewelry if it is one that you could make. Doing so costs half the XP, half the raw materials, and half the time it would take to create that item in the first place.

Some magical jewelry incur extra costs in material components or XP, as noted in their descriptions. You must pay such a cost to create a piece of magical jewelry or to mend a broken one.

Greater Leadership

Prerequisite Leadership, Charisma 20+, Character level 12, 15 Ranks Diplomacy

Benefit Having this feat enables the character to attract a second cohort. This functions exactly like the cohort granted by leadership. Regardless of a character’s Leadership score, he can only recruit a cohort who is two or more levels lower than himself. The second cohort gains experience exactly the same way the first cohort does.

Having more than one cohort makes it more difficult to manage the cohorts. The character gets a -2 penalty on Leadership score with regards to cohorts, which applies to both cohorts, possibly putting them at a lower level.

Draconic Leadership

Prerequisite Leadership, Charisma 20+, Character level 12, 15 Ranks Diplomacy, Speak Language (Draconic)

Benefit Having this feat enables the character to attract a second cohort. This functions exactly like the cohort granted by leadership, however, this second cohort is a Dragon. Regardless of a character’s Leadership score, she can only recruit a dragon cohort who is two or more levels lower than himself. The second cohort gains experience exactly the same way the first cohort does.

Having more than one cohort makes it more difficult to manage the cohorts. The character gets a -2 penalty on Leadership score with regards to cohorts, which applies to both cohorts, possibly putting them at a lower level. You may, however, treat the dragon cohort's ECL as if it were 3 lower than indicated by normal calculation.

Noble Birth

The character is of Noble birth. It is equal to Wendele's exchange for the Scribe Scroll feat.

Prerequisite Can only be taken at 1st level

Benefit The character gains the aristocrat skills as class skills, and 1.000 gp extra starting gold. The character is of noble birth.

Drawback The character has a significant financial debt with their noble family.

Prince(ss) of the faith [Noble]

A Prince of the Faith is accepted by the ruling faiths as a member of the religious nobility. Within pantheons, multiple religions may acknowledge nobles of one another's faith, but even between rival deities or pantheons, a certain level of carefulness is maintained when dealing with the others religious nobility.

Prerequisite: Noble Birth, Landlord, Leadership, Ability to cast Divine Spells, Spirit or similar divine familiar or animal companion

Benefit: With sponsoring from the characters noble house and the church, the character gains an allowance to build their own cathedral equal to half the allowance granted by the Landlord feat. This allowance will grow into the epic levels along with the Landlord feat.

Through a special ritual (which costs 2.500 gp), your spirit familiar takes on a new shape to fit with your heraldry and personal markings. This may change their physical abilities, but not increase its power. You should be check with the Dungeon Master for details.

In addition, the Prince of the Faith becomes able to learn Divine spells from fields other than her own. When she is able to learn a new divine spell she can choose any Divine power, not just those from her own power list, though not an exclusive Domain spell.

For example, the Prince of the Faith could learn the 1st-level Druid spell “Entangle” and cast it as a 1st-level Divine spell. She could not however learn the 1st-level Psion power “My Light” since this is a Psionic power, not a Divine spell.

It does not allow the Prince of the Faith to learn a spells already on their spell list at a lower level. For example, the spell Cure Moderate Wounds is a 3rd level Druid spell but a 2nd level Cleric spell. If the Prince of the faith is a druid, she could not learn Cure Moderate Wounds as a 2nd level spell from the Cleric list.

If the Prince of the Faith does not have to learn her spells, but instead receives automatic access to a full set of spells upon achieving access to the next spell level (such as a cleric), she can gain these spells by meditating on a scroll containing the spell for one full day. This consumes the scroll and adds the spell to the Prince of the Faith's spell list.

The Prince of the Faith can only learn new divine spells that have a highest spell level at least one spell level lower than the highest divine spell level he can cast.

Scion of the Nine Houses [Psionic] [Noble]

A Scion of the Nine Houses is a psion or psionically able individual who can trace a direct line back to one of the original nine psionic houses. Though this lineage is often too diluted to have any bearing on their psionic ability, it still places them in higher regards amongst their fellow psionic beings.

Prerequisite: Noble Birth, Landlord, Leadership, Psi-crystal Affinity, Ability to manifest psionic powers.

Benefit: The character attracts half again as many followers as they are already granted. These followers must be psionically inclined, for example by having the Wild Talent feat or having levels in one or more psionic classes, or being of psionically able races such as Elan, Maenads or Githzerai.

Through a special ritual (which costs 1.000 gp), your psi-crystal takes on a new shape to fit with your heraldry and personal markings. This may change their physical abilities, but not increase its power. You should be check with the Dungeon Master for details.

In addition, the Scion of the Nine Houses becomes able to learn Psionic powers from fields other than her own. When she is able to learn a new psionic power she can choose any Psionic power, not just those from her own power list.

For example, the Scion of the Nine Houses could learn the 1st-level Psychic Warrior power “Bite of the Wolf” and manifest it as a 1st-level psion power. She could not however learn the 1st-level Wizard spell “Magic Missile” since this is an Arcane spell, not a Psionic power.

It does not allow the Scion of the Ninth House to learn a powers already on their power list at a lower level. For example, the power Personal Mind Blank is a 7rd level psion / wilder spell but a 6th level Psychic Warrior spell. If the Scion of the Ninth House is a psion, she could not learn Personal Mind Blank as a 6th level power from the Psychic Warrior list.

Additionally, the Scion cannot learn powers from other disciplines in this way (for example, a Telepath Psion could not learn the Control Object power since it is a Psychokinetic power).

The cohort must have the majority of their levels in arcane caster classes of some sort, such as a Bard, Wizard or Sorcerer and is not intended as a combat character, similar to other cohort's cohorts

Through a special ritual (which costs 1.000 gp), your familiar takes on a new shape to fit with your heraldry and personal markings. This may change their physical abilities, but not increase its power. You should be check with the Dungeon Master for details.

In addition, the Royal Caster becomes able to learn arcane spells from fields other than her own. When she is able to learn a new arcane spell (either gaining more knowledge or by scribing into a spell book) she can choose any Arcane spells, not just those from her own spell list.

For example, the Royal Caster could scribe the 1st-level Bard spell “Cure Light Wounds” into her spell book and prepare it as a 1st-level wizard spell. She could not however learn the 1st-level Cleric spell “Bless” since this is a Divine spell.

This ability does not allow specialists wizards to cast or learn spells from a forbidden school. Additionally, it does not allow the Royal Caster to learn a spell already on their spell list at a lower level. For example, the spell Heroism is a 3rd level Sorcerer / Wizard spell but a 2nd level Bard spell. If the Royal Caster is a wizard, she could not learn Heroism as a 2nd level spell from the Bard list.

You continue to gain uses for Bardic music as is specified in the Seeker of Song. This feat does not modify the rate. Additionally, you must still meet the Perform requirements and any other requirements as normal.
