Red haired and in her late twenties, Jessica Morrow, also known as Lady Morrow or Cashmere due to the Cashmere outfits she wears, is the [[Archon]] of [[Karl Schrekt|Justicar Schrekt]], and her arrival in [[West Berlin]] was not exactly welcomed by [[Wilhelm Waldburg]].

She's been seen wearing a bustle under a business suit, though more likely its actually where she hides her weapons.
