This is [[Alastar Mac Caoileann]]'s penthouse in Berlin [[Charlottenburg]]. The penthouse features, among other things, 2 large bedrooms, terraces connected to the livingroom, and the master bedroom, a very large living room with an open kitchen.

Windows open up the penthouse to all cardinal directions, allowing for a great view of the city. The living room features a fireplace with chimney, and opens to the south-facing terrace. The open, large fitted kitchen consists of a kitchen block including all appliances (electric cooking plate, convection oven, plate warmers, dishwasher, and icebox) and a beautiful natural stone worktop. The whole penthouse is floored with oiled canadian walnut planks.

All windows are equipped with electric interior blinds to prevent sunlight from entering the home if not desired. The apartment is equipped with many custom-made internals. With the penthouse comes a storeroom of 5 square meters, and an underground parking spot under the building.
