This hip club in SoHo is the property and domain of [[Nicholas Dejesus]], who counts it among his most prized posessions. As far as he is concerned the club is [[Elysium]]. Technically, the club has never been declared an Elysium, but it is well-known that the club is his domain, so the lack of declaration is a moot point. Next to the rules of Elysium, the only other rule that Nicholas has declared is "no feeding on the customers".
