Bishop Avedis Tibor is one of the original members of the [[Sabbat]]. Even though there are others with more influence than he has, his reputation is well-known even in [[Camarilla]] circles. He has a reputation for uncompromising efficiency and has a, for most Sabbat members uncharacteristic, penchant for forgiveness in that he does not hold grudges.
