Menkheperre has been the prince of [[Luxor]] since time immemorial, and shows little desire to see this sitaution change. He is known to speak fluent english, and it is said that he learned arabic "because it was the new thing".

He reigns over Luxor from his haven in one of the oldest buildings which, from the outside, is modernized somewhat by his advisors. Inside however, the building is still mostly in its old state.

He spends his time enjoying himself with entertainment in the form of music and dance. Though he will do what is necessary to ensure the continuation of the politics of his domain if needed, he much prefers to spend his time in the company of women, especially [[Merti]] and [[Sitamun]].
