This elemental court is led by Lord [[Riku]], a lesser elemental dragon. In the distant past, this court was led by [[Duras]]. The court itself sees visit from all kinds of elementals. Of special note is the high number of water elementals that frequent the court, sometimes bringing an oasis godess along.

The court itself is enormous, and allows for large gatherings of elementals. The entrance to the court is about two hundred miles to the south of [[al-Naqtah]]. 

By the authority of Lord Riku the court entered into a Cselenyne Pact with the [[hierarchy]] as of [[ic:log771#771, 12 Ascending Water]]. This pact was partly formed due to the commitment of [[azizah]], [[kanbei]], [[becna]] and [[fera]] to look into the 'death crawler' problem.
