Her mother is an [[al-Qureshi]], the sister of the emperor and the grandchild of one of the previous emperors, and her father an [[al-Safahr]]. She was born of a mother descending from a dynastic house who was married off to one of the high nobles from [[Sayati]]. When the dragons blessed her, her father decided that she should be hidden from the Realm, and instead of sending her to the Realm for education married her to the Prince of [[Azuru]]. Her great-grandfather is [[Farukh al-Toma]]. She has professed that she has no loyalty to [[Realm]] or the Immaculate Faith.
