The city of Sijan in the Underworld is a buzzing city with lots of activity at any moment. In [[Creation]] only the ruins of Sijan remain, cordoned off from the rest of creation by two large concrete walls due to the radiation hazard caused by the atomic bombs dropped on the city during the war.
