Matt prefers to be called Matt or Matthew. He is a Twilight Solar Exalted.

=====Family=====
Parents: – Mother is called Alisia Miranda Cindy Francis 
 	– Father is called Thomas Paul River-Francis (his own surname is River, that of his wife is Francis)
 	– His brother is called Bill Lincoln Francis

Matthew his older brother, 2 years older, lives and works at a R&D department of some kind of tech company. His brother is rather secretive about it. 'Company secrets' he always says.

They both live in the city Artas, where Alisia is working as a Librarian and Thomas is a salesman at the Ringers&Co company. Ringers&Co is a electronics company which sells stuff like computers, televisions, washing mashines and the likes. (Like BCC and MediaMarkt.)

==== History ====
Matthew always has been a religious person. His parents firmly believe in the one true god and so does he. His friends always teased him by calling him Lucy, and he hated that. That is why he preferred to be called Matthew or just Matt. On his 17th, he applied for the military, and on his age of 21 he was promoted to the Wyld Hunt because of his devotion and excellent performance. He served for 3 years the Wyld hunt until that day his unit faced a strong demon.

==== Exaltation ====

Matthew and his unit of wyld hunt specialists were sent out to one of the countries in the west to get rid of a demon. There, the demon was an actual and powerful demon who was killing all of them. Lucius feared for his life as the demon turned to him as last. All of companions dead, Matthew closed his eyes and prayed for a miracle. Right then, he was touched by the Unconquered Sun, telling him to believe in his own strength, and path. 

Filled with a new kind of power, Matt channelled his power into his guns and shot the demon into oblivion. 

==== Following years ====
From that moment, Matthew was certain of his believe, he was touched by the one true god, the teachings of the immaculate fate were right! The leaders of the Immaculate Fate however saw this differently. They knew what Lucius had become and excommunicated him.

Matthew understood that. The Immaculate faith could not have one of their soldiers being touched by god, while their leaders are normal. Within a short amount of time, Matthew also learned that he could better not brag about being a chosen one of god. People would laugh at him, and once he showed his power, people were scared of him. His parents thought it was wonderful, but his brother was sceptic, saying that Matthew shouldn't brag about being dragon blooded, and called him stupid for applying to the program. 

Matt kept relations with the Immaculate church and the wyld hunt. The church saw him as a good opportunity to take out high risk targets, and Lucius Matthew was disposable to them anyway.
