Park Apex Estates is a real estate broker that offers real estate brokering and "parking" services. The corporation holds large areas of real estate all over [[Creation]].

  * The bulk of their holdings is in the East, though they seem to lack serious holdings near [[Thorns]].
  * In the South they have few holdings, and those that they have are invariably in large cities, with the exception of [[An-Teng]], where they have extensive holdings.
  * They have almost no holdings in the West.
  * In the North they have large swaths of almost undeveloped land, the purpose of which is unclear.

Unofficially, Park Apex Estates also has several military contractors as subsidiaries operating out several eastern holdings.
