Red haired and in her late twenties, Jessica Morrow, also known as Lady Morrow or Cashmere due to the Cashmere outfits she wears, is the Archon of Justicar Schrekt, and her arrival in West Berlin was not exactly welcomed by Wilhelm Waldburg.

She's been seen wearing a bustle under a business suit, though more likely its actually where she hides her weapons.
