Infrastructure

The core book contains no abstraction to allow a group of exalts or others to maintain some infrastructure as a whole. The idea behind maintaining infrastructure is that it allows groups to build upon previous achievements in their domain.

The rules on this page describe a system that is based on a free-form approach to allow some tracking of infrastructure.

Resources

A group (country, stronghold, trade organisation) has six resources:

  • Tax
  • Air
  • Water
  • Earth
  • Wood
  • Fire

These resources represent work, goods, and occult influences.

Producers add resources to one or more of the six tracks, while consumers require resources to be comitted to them from the six tracks.

Projects can depend on simply having a certain level of infrastructure.
