Dunstan is a Malkavian who has been accepted into the ranks of the Tremere about 50 years ago. He has Sired a few Childer for the Malkavian before leaving, but was only recently allowed to Sire a Childe for the Tremere.

His derangement appears to be a suffering from illusions.
