Black Viper was one of the best assassins of current times. He was known for his extreme cruelty coupled with the the offering of sacrificial victims to the Neverborn.

There have been rumours that he has accepted an apprentice. These rumours have been confirmed by Kat, his apprentice.

On 771, 21 Ascending Fire he assaulted the Seraglio Manse in Taserin. Most likely with the goal of reclaiming his apprentice after Kat swore allegiance to Azizah. He was destroyed in a melee against Azizah, Becna, Shimada Kanbei, Fera, Lisetta and Keryan's adopted daughter.
