this page will contain the proposal for a new weapon to used by Dae'run instead of his regular masterwork greataxe.

Instead of a normal blade one would expect on a greataxe, this weapons appears a wooden handle with a large psionic crystal on top shaped like either an axeblade, a hammer or a crystal

The weapon is treated as magical weapon, providing on enhancement bonus of +3 on attacks and weapon damage.

The unique properties of the psionic weaponcrystal enable access to a specific set of powers and enable the wielder to use the weapon to modify energy in a specific way, dependant on the crystals chosen form.

The Psicrystal allows for the storage of a specific type of energy, which can be used that a later point in time(similar to Energy Conversion). Each day at dawn, during an attunement ritual the wielder selects 1 of the 5 energy types, fire, acid, cold, electric or sonic, and receives Resistance 30 for that type until dawn the next day. If at any time, the wielder resists an amount of energy of the chosen type, this energy is stored inside the psicrystal. A maximum of 120 prevented energy damage per type can be stored inside the crystal indefinitely, any surplus dissipates as normal. A maximum of 60 energy of the attuned type may be discharged at once, as specified in the Shape weapon power.

As a move action the wielder may change the appears of the weapon to either a hammer or a axe form, each option providing access to a unique attack and different method to discharge the energy stored in the crystal, if and how much energy is discharge must declared before making the attack.

• Hammer: In Hammer form the normal damage dealt by the weapon is considered to bludgeoning damage. As a standard action, the wielder may opt to discharge the energy stored in the ground, creating an earthquake-like effect in a 60 ft line. Make a trip attempt vs each creature in the line, the first creature tripped received the selected amount of additional energy damage (no save).
• Axe: In Axe form the normal damage dealt by the weapon is considered to be slashing damage. As a standard action or as part of a charge, the wielder may make a single melee attack at up to 30ft range. If the attack hits,the selected amount of additional energy damage is dealt (no save).
