Ilfreann (OLD)

At will the crystals on the staff glow, shedding either a blueish, reddish or white light illuminating a radius up to 60ft and providing a shadowy illumination for up to 60 ft beyond that. The runes on the staff, portraying its name in Druidic, glow in a similar fashion.

Earth's Communion(Sp) (2/Day) When in natural surroundings, the staff acts as a powerful catalyst through which its wielder can tap into to the reserves of the forest. After 10 minutes of intense prayer, you are affected as if by a Heal spell. If you so choose, you can allow others to sit with you in a circle, each touching the staff, during your communion. In that case, you can choose to divide the hit points between separate recipients. Each other benefit of the Heal spell can affect only one person in the circle, at your direction. Thus, only one person can be cured of blindness, and so forth.

Whispers of the Forest (SU) When in natural surroundings, the plants, trees and rocks begin to speak to you, bring you news and insight wherever you are. The voices of the forest give you a short answer to any simple question you pose pertaining to current events in any wilderness area on your land mass. Questions about distant lands require 1 minute per mile of distance to answer. At the DM's discretion, when the forest deems an issue particularly important, the whispers bring you news without your request. The spiritual energy of the forest also provides you with valuable insights concerning your immediate surroundings, granting you a +2 Insight bonus to AC and saves.
