Ilfreann (OLD)

As part of a “Gestalt item” idea I wish to increase the power level and significance of Dae'runs Dire Ealge companion. Not only could this result in some nice RP and questing, it would also make the companion more useful and offer a reward which isn't a direct increase of Dae'run own power. It would also signify an increased bond between both Dae'run and his companion as they strive to better the position of nature and Ilfrean in the plane. (It would also make the companion somewhat more capable to keep up with the increase in power level from Gestalt characters.)

I've derived the following template from comparing legendary version of animals (in the MM2) with their normal counterparts in (MM)

• Size and Type stays the same
• Increase Hit Dice by 10, adding appropriate feats and skills
• Increase Natural Weapon Damage by 1 die size, and Secondary Damage forms by 1 die size, with bites doing a minimum of 1d8 and claws doing a minimum of 1d6
• Increase all Movement Speeds by 10'
• Put a 10 point increase in two of the physical stats, and a 5 point increase in the remaining physical stat
• Increase the Wisdom by 2
• Increase the Charisma by 4
• Increase Racial Skill bonus by 4
• Increase Natural Armor by 3

Im willing to discuss the exact changes and the associated costs, as these are purely statistical and don't offer any fancy abilities or other coolness.
