Ydraline D'Aranëa

Based on the Whip Dagger, Mighty uit Sword and Fist p71 en Ivy Valentine uit de Soulcaliber Series

  • Changing Form (swift action)(2nd phase): before making attacks with this weapon its wielder can choose between the 2 forms available to this weapon. These are the whip dagger, as mentioned above or a Rapier with the same magical properties as listed above. This cannot be done in between attacks that are made with this weapon.
  • Poisonous Symbiosis (once every 1d4+1 rounds, as part of an attack) (3rd phase): The rapier is seen as a part of the Wielder and its symbiont, thus enabling the symbiont to focus the poison that flows trough the wielder on Ydraline D'Aranëa. Any creature that is injured by Ydraline D'Aranëa becomes poisoned by the bodily fluids of the wielder and her symbiont. The poisons initial effect is 1d4 strength damage and secondary effect is 1d4 strength damage. The Fortitude save DC is equal to 13 + the users HD divided by 2. The host is immune to the taint spider's poison.
  • Strands of a Spider's Web(free action as part of a move or standart acion)(1st phase): The Whip secretes weblike strands, which can be used to manipulate or pick up small items(no more then 5 lb.) at a range of 15ft. These same strands can also be used to attach the whip to a solid object, such like an overhanging tree, to enable the wielders to use it like a safety line in order to jump over a cervase or climb down into a hole.

Teinidh na Gréine

Constantly shifting in and out of physical form and always glimmering with a hue of spectral fire, this crystal scepter is clearly recognisable as a weapon of magnificent potential. The flames burn with the same intensity as the wielders emotions (just like Ikeli's eyes), it seems to be created as a true extension of the wielders being, fuelling from the same essence.

When using the Living fire power of Teinidh na Gréine, spectral strands of flameweave bindings seems to lash onto the wielder slowly engulfing her entire being within the spectral essence of fire. Where as using the Blazing Comet power creates the vision of spectral comet striking the ground behind the target, cracking the ground and creating fissures and pillars of flames as a result.

  • Living Fire(move action, once /1 mins) : The wielder of Teinidh na Gréine is engulfed in flames and becomes a gaseous, living fire that can move up to 500 ft, leaving a traceable path of flames. The flames do not harm natural vegetation, ground cover, and any creatures in the area that you wish to exclude from damage. Everything else takes 2d8 of fire damage and must succeed an a DC 25 Reflex save or catch on fire, taking a further 2d8 of fire damage per round until the flames are doused (by successful save, water or other means).
  • Blazing Comet (once / 1d4 rounds, 20 ft cone behind target) : Once every 1d4 rounds the sheer force of impact creates an on hit effect, resulting the opening of fissures and pillars of flames in a 20 ft cone behind the target. This area becomes difficult terrain and creatures that are in it or pass through it take 4d8 of fire damage from the intense heat.

  • Corruption and Madness (swift action, Aura 20 ft radius burst) : By expending 4 power points the wearer of Tiara taps into the chaotic nature of Beliria, creating a resonating aura which eminates from the Tiara. The Aura disquiets and disturbs the minds of those who oppose the wearer. All enemies within the aura must make a concentration check (DC 10+wis/cha+half wearers HD) to cast spells, manifest powers or use psi- or spell-like abilities. The effects of the Aura dissipate after 5 rounds.
