Spells per day: When a new psychic level is attained, the character gains new spells per day as if he had also attained a level in any one divine spellcasting class he belonged to before he added the prestige class. He gains additional power points per day and access to new powers as if he had also gained a level in any one manifesting class he belonged to previously. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of either class would have gained (bonus metamagic, metapsionic, or item creation feats, psicrystal special abilities, and so on). This essentially means that he adds the level of psychic to the level of whatever other divine spellcasting class and manifesting class the character has, then determines spells per day, caster level, power points per day, powers known, and manifester level accordingly.
If a character had more than one divine spellcasting class or more than one manifesting class before he became a psychic, he must decide to which class he adds each level of psychic for purpose of determining spells per day, caster level, power points per day, powers known, and manifester level. 1)

Psionic Lore: De Cerebrate heeft Lore analoog aan Bardic Knowledge van de Bard en Lore van de Loremaster. Bovendien kan de Cerebrate haar Lore ability gebruiken voor alle Knowledge: Arcana gerelateerde knowledge checks.

Psionic Synergy: Als de Psychic een Psionic power manifest kan ze tegelijkertijd naar keuze een Arcane of Divine Spell van gelijk of lager level met de power meesturen, alsof ze deze ook gemanifest zou hebben. De Arcane of Divine Spell moet dezelfde casting time of korter hebben en hetzelfde doel of een kleinere area hebben als de target. De target moet legaal zijn voor beide spells 2). De spells worden afgehandeld alsof ze onafhankelijk van elkaar zijn gecast - er word dus los gerolt voor spell resistance, saves, etc.
Beide spells worden gebruikt, maar het kost maar 1 actie in plaats van 2. Naast het gebruik van deze twee spells moet de caster bovendien een aantal Power Points opgeven minimaal gelijk aan een power van het casterlevel van de Divine Spell of Psionic Power. Deze kunnen die dag niet meer gebruikt worden.
Bijvoorbeeld: De Psychic cast de level 3 psionic power 'Energy Burst'. Energy Burst heeft een casting time van 1 standard action en een target van een 40 ft radius spread. Tegelijkertijd manifesteerd de Psychic de level 2 divine spell 'Sound Burst'. Sound Burst heeft een casting time van 1 standard action en een target van een 10 ft radius spread. De centrale 10 ft radius van de target krijgt zowel Sound Burst als Energy Burst over zich heen en de buitenste rand van de 40 ft radius spread krijgt alleen het effect van de Energy Burst.
De caster is zowel de Sound Burst als de power points van de Energy Burst kwijt en moet bovendien 3 extra power points opgeven. Omgekeerd gebruik had niet gekunt omdat de target area van de Energy Burst groter is dan die van Sound Burst.
Deze ability kan maximaal 1x per dag per level Psychic worden gebruikt.
Turn Focus: You can improve your ability to turn or rebuke check by expending power points. You can attempt to Turn or Rebuke as normal, but instead of your turning level, you use your full character level. This affects your Turning Check, Turning Damage and the maximum level to destroy or command.
You pay a number of power points equal to three times the difference between your base turning level and your character level. For example, if a 6th level character with 2 levels of cleric and 4 levels of psion uses this ability to turn as a 5th level cleric (instead of a 2nd level cleric as they normally would), they must spend 12 power points.
This power can be used in conjunction with the Energy Manipulation feat. In this case you pay for both effects separately.

Benefit When you Turn or Rebuke, you can boost your turning damage. After taking your turning check, but before rolling for turning damage, you may choose to boost your turning damage by an amount of your choice up to your charisma modifier. You must pay 2 power points for each point by which you boost your turning damage.
