Otto von Hohenlohe-Ingelfingen is of old noble stock, and an active member of one of Berlin's Rotary Clubs. He's fallen head over heels for Elisabeth-Maria Holstein and has since learned not to socialize too much with her, especially after grabbing her toosh without permission.

He is also an aquintance of Alastar Mac Caoileann, with whom he discusses investing and the general financial market.

In a streak of hunger, Elisabeth-Maria Holstein almost drained all his blood, but his life was saved by Alastar Mac Caoileann.
