The court of the Prince is the extended household and all those who regularly attended on the prince. Members of the court are called courtiers.

These courtiers include Prince's retinue and household, and those with court appointments such as the Seneschal, Sheriff, Scourge or Keeper of Elysium. Members of the Primogen Council are not technically part of the court, though they often enjoy the same level of access to the prince as do courtiers

The position of Keeper of Elysium is a special case in New York, as the de facto Keeper of Elysium is not appointed by the Prince, but declared by The Mascotte. There has not yet been an occasion where the prince's appointment of the position was not in agreement.
