Dillan is an unofficial Gangrel “ambassador” who represented his clan in asking the aid of Alastar Mac Caoileann to preventing possible commercial development in Grunewald by Orange Co.. He seems to be simultaneously unfamiliar with- and distrustful of the world of the Kindred. He has also taken Elisabeth Maria's dog, Impi, out of concern that the City Vampire could not take care of it.
