This is a work-in-progress covering the claims of Domain and influence of the Camarilla- and Anarch Kindred in West Berlin.

None of it is canon or IC knowledge until marked as such. Work in progress.

Known Faction Strength: 11 Kindred, around 20 ghouls.

Arguably the largest Kindred single faction in Berlin, the Fourth Reich is fiercely territorial and dominates the cities' neonazi movement. Having influence over most- if not all of its leaders, many of whom are ghouled, they regularly flex their muscles by setting the movement on immigrant-heavy neighbourhoods. It is believed that skinhead thugs might also be used in conflict with other Kindred and their assets.

Primogen Dieter Kotlar claims the Borough of Wedding as his personal Domain. In it, he extends his exclusive hunting rights and a right to terrorise the local kine population to Clan Brujah and/or his Fourth Reich followers more generally. He 'owns' the 'Headquarters' in that district and has influence over all the skinheads in town, whether they be Kindred or Kine. Dieter has additional Havens scattered throughout West Berlin, and even some in the East for emergencies. Most are in poorly kept buildings requiring minimal upkeep.

The Reichs' influence extends to gangland crime in the French sector and the northern rim of the British sector, where their 'faction' fights for territory against native-born local and immigrant criminal groups. For whatever reason, Dieter has refrained from using supernatural powers to wipe out the mortal competition wholesale, perhaps preferring to maintain a state of constant conflict along the edges of his personal fief. Then again, more civilised Kindred love to blame Dieter for any violence that goes on in those parts.

Among the three Brujah Kindred are Marcel en Cassius, two local skinheads who are in business together - most likely running some kind of extortion scheme. They share (or form a criminal triad with) a skinhead ghoul named Alexander.

In order to help them maintain control, Dieter and his mate, Erika Geiger have additional influence over the French occupational government and local police in the areas they control, usually through bribery, the use of Presence or intimidation. Erika Geiger is always to be found around Dieter and may have some informal influence over him.

The Ventrue remain the most politically influential faction in West Berlin. While the Ventrue used to control all of the city as a fief of their Clan, Prince Wilhelm Waldburg has been more open to outsiders. Only Steglitz is an extended area of special Ventrue influence now, seeing the Clans' codes of conduct and civility enforced on all others. Even so, a few Toreador are also welcome to make their Havens there.

Prince Wilhelm Waldburg holds Domain over Berlin, though his power is only recognised in the West. His personal Domain is located in Charlottenburg Palace. He has further influence over the Masonic Lodges in his Domain, as well as a stake in the cities' politics through control over Rathaus Schöneberg, the seat of the Senate.

He has various financial interests in Charlottenburg.

The Primogen Nichole claims a stake in most of the brothels in the West, especially those along the Kurfürstendamm. This includes, but is not limited to, Angela, though some kind of deal with Alaster may have been struck.

Sphere of Influence: Financial- and property investment firms, Charlottenburg prostitution, Freemasonry, the Berlin Senate, a few selected gambling establishments, white collar crime associated with all the previous sectors.

Sphere of Influence: Everything to do with Culture and the Arts, so long as it deals with high talent. Traditionally also the Elysia, but this is now up for grabs.

Sphere of Influence: Underground Berlin, the Europa Center, police- and military snooping, cameras, possibly a blood bank or two.

The sewers and underground places of Berlin are the Domain of the Nosferatu: none may trespass there without their permission. In addition, the clan has set up Die Fledermaus in the Europa Center as a point of interaction with other Kindred. The Europa Center is an area of influence for the Nosferatu. While all Kindred are welcome, they should expect to be watched there at all times.

• Primogen Ellison is whispered to have more influence in West Berlin than anyone else. He has been giving accurate information to Prince Wilhelm Waldburg for so long that he has little reason to doubt his word. Ellison knows practically everything that goes on in Berlin, and might just be able to end the war with a well-placed word in the right ear. The Nosferatu look to Ellison for guidance in all things, even those who might run with the Fourth Reich. He makes his Haven in Berlin's Sewers.

• Primogen J. Oswald Hyde-White used to make his Haven in the Utterson Inn at the Rüdesheimer Platz in Wilmersdorf. It remains to be seen whether he will stay there now that the mortal couple that used to run it have been killed. While he has little influence over his Clan, he has a vote in the West Berlin Primogen. He normally follows the lead of Clan Toreador, making him a Friend of the clan.
• Neonate Hermann Göring can gain great influence over the Kindred members of the Fourth Reich in moments of lucidity, mainly as a result of who he claims to be.
• Neonate Persia has no political influence, though the other Malkavians are known to look out for her when she attends Clan Meetings. She makes her Haven in her ancestral home in Charlottenburg.
• Neonate Pigeon Lady has an affinity with the cities' pigeons and may be protective of them. She rarely leaves Gropiusstadt and is thought to have a Haven there, even if nobody has bothered to look for it.
• Neonate Vanth rejects the concept of private property. He also has a number of friends, his herd, which includes Joesoef. Gropiusstadt is his turf, and he has some inconstant influence over the scene there. This translates more into a fascination with its humans than careful shepherding of the boroughs' resources.
